Come Around Software offers computer repair, maintenance, virus removal, data recovery, hardware upgrades, and related IT support services for individuals and businesses.
3. Service Disclaimer
- All services are provided with reasonable skill and care.
- Diagnostic evaluations are provided based on the information available at the time.
- We do not guarantee that all data can be recovered in every case of data loss.
- Come Around Software is not liable for any loss of data, damage to hardware, or interruption of service resulting from system failures or issues not directly caused by our work.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for backing up all important data before handing over any device.
- We are not responsible for any loss of data unless caused directly by negligence on our part.
- The customer must provide correct and truthful information regarding the device and any issues.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All pricing will be communicated before services are rendered.
- A diagnostic fee may apply and is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with the repair.
- Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Turnaround Time
- We strive to complete services in a timely manner. However, turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on issue complexity, parts availability, or workload.
7. Warranty
- We offer a 14-day service warranty on repairs. If the same issue reoccurs within this period, we will inspect and repair it at no additional charge.
- The warranty does not cover new issues or damage caused by misuse, physical damage, or third-party tampering.
8. Refund Policy
- Diagnostic and consultation fees are non-refundable.
- If a service was not completed or a fix was unsuccessful and no meaningful improvement was achieved, you may request a partial or full refund, subject to management review.
- Refunds will not be issued for issues outside our control, including user-caused damage, unlicensed software, or previously existing system faults not disclosed during check-in.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
9. Device Abandonment
Devices not collected within 30 days of service completion or customer notification will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of such devices to recover storage or repair costs.
10. Changes to Terms
Come Around Software reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or made available upon request.
